Return and Refund Policy
At Bazaria Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your Home Decor or Kitchen Items, you may request a return or refund under the policy stated below.
Return & Exchange Conditions
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
If the return is due to change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used
Original packaging or tags are removed
The product is damaged due to customer mishandling
The item was purchased from clearance/sale/discount section
Refund Process
Refunds are issued through Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa within 3–7 working days after product inspection.
Customers may also choose store credit or a discount voucher instead of a refund.
Delivery
We offer Free Delivery all over Pakistan.
In case of returns due to change of mind, the return courier charges must be paid by the customer.
